Head Boy's Coach: Charles Fahlstrom
Charles began his water polo career by playing for four years at Fairfield High School from 1995-1999 and two years at Solano Junior College from 2000 to 2001. During that time he was also a Falcon Water Polo participant during the summer and winter. His first coaching experience came during the summer of 2001 when he coached the summer junior water polo program for the city of Fairfield. From 2002 to 2006, he served as the JV Boys coach and Varsity assistant at Fairfield High and was also an assistant coach for Falcon Water Polo. In 2007, he took over the Varsity Boys position at Fairfield High in addition to the Head Boy's position for Falcon Water Polo. In addition to water polo, Charles has been the JV swimming coach at Fairfield High since 2004 and he also helps coach and assist the City of Fairfield's recreational swim team during the summer.

Head Girl's Coach: Wayne Esparza
Wayne is a former player for the Falcons playing from 1978-80, where he also spent three years playing for the Solano Aquatics Club. He has been coaching at Fairfield High School and with Falcon Water Polo since 2000 where he began as the JV coach. In 2002, he took over as Varsity Womens Head Coach at FHS and in 2004 lead his team to the Sac Joaquin Section Finals. Wayne has also been a coach with the city recreation swim and water polo programs and is a member of USWP and the ASCA.
Assistant Boy's Coach: Todd Fahlstrom
Todd began playing water polo his sophomore year at Fairfield High School and worked his way into a Varsity starting position for his senior year where the Falcons won the Division II Section Championship, with Todd scoring the first goal in the championship match. In addition to playing water polo for three years at Fairfield High, Todd also swam for three years under Wayne Esparza and went on to swim and play water polo for two years at Solano College, during which he was also a Falcon Water Polo participant. Todd's coaching experience began in 2005, where he was the JV Boys water polo coach for Rodriguez High School for two years before returning to Fairfield High in 2007 to coach the JV Girls for one season. Todd is now the JV Boys coach and Varsity assistant coach for Fairfield High and he is planning on transferring to the California State Maritime Academy in the near future to continue his education and to play water polo.
